Welcome to Afraid to Brave, a workshop series in partnership with Daily Asana Yoga Studio, ready to mentor vocalists eager to hit the stage but overwhelmed with stage fright and performance anxiety. Afraid to Brave offers six vocal wellness workshops, helping singers reduce stress, establish a practice routine, and discover their authentic voice so they can be confident in their stage presence.
Afraid to Brave was created by Jasmine Jahwula Seapoe, CEO and Founder of Daily Asana, a yoga studio mentoring anxious singers eager to hit the stage confidently.
