We're thrilled to announce that summer camp applications are now open for our 2023 sessions. You can see an overview of the 2022 Summer Camp Here.

Some things to note:

Camp is happening 2 weeks earlier than usual! Our camp will be held from July 10 to 16th.
Returning campers do not need to create an Express Yourself Piece.
In an effort to make the application process easier and more accessible, we've eliminated our application fee, but suggest that all applicants consider paying on a sliding scale based on their family’s income. We also suggest considering sponsoring another camper as you can!
If providing transportation to/from camp is a financial challenge, we can now provide transpasses to campers, as needed.

And of course:

Camp will be at Kipp North Philadelphia Charter Academy.
We will end the week with a recording showcase at the Rotunda on Saturday and a recording session at Spice House Sounds on Sunday.
The camp will be an amazing 7-day experience for over 100 youth this summer.
We'll have powerful and inspiring workshops.
Local musicians will perform for campers every day!
The camp will be led by our incredible community of volunteers, supporting our 2 core staff members.
Our teen intern program will be back, with more details and applications coming soon!
